Hi everybody. My name is Jan Vinson, and I live in Southern California, right next to LAX. I'm 49 and the only hunting I've ever done is for doves when I was a kid, but I have always wanted to hunt on a regular basis. Problem has been that I don't know anyone who is a hunter, and I have to learn on my own, not an easy thing to do. I'm finally at the point in life where I have enough spare time and money to start getting serious about hunting, so I'm looking forward to it.

Hi all, My name is Ian Roberts I live in Norway,Maine. I'm 42 years old and love to spend my spare time in the woods. I Love Venison chops, Round Steaks, Tenderloin, Sausage. But my real deal is flyfishing! It's like a 9 foot extension of my arm with some line and a creative something tied on the end.Due to I ate more 6" brookies than most hatcheries raise in a year, "before the age of thirteen". I now Catch and release My fish. I hunt however, for the meat. Don't get me wrong, I love to see nice deer like the 153" in the photo, but have taken less to put meat in the fridge! MMMMMM! Smoked Venison Sausage. Ever had a Venison Steak And Cheese W/ mushrooms?? Well like to stay and talk but I'm getting hungry. Venison Chili anyone?

I'm Kurt, I was born and raised in Colorado, a Vietnam vet, and am now retired after 40 years with the US Forest Service. My Dad and Grandfathers taught me how to fish, camp, and enjoy the outdoors. I began hunting in the mid 60's when I lived in NW Colorado, taking a number of mule deer, elk, antelope and bear before moving to Montana in the mid 70's. I've hunted all of Montana's game animals, and have been fortunate enough to take most of them. I've basically lived on game meat for the last 45 years. I've also hunted in Alaska, Wyoming, Oklahoma, Texas, and have done multiple hunts in Canada and Africa. I've successfully hunted with archery, muzzleloaders, pistols, and rifles, and shotguns, and only shoot my own handloads.
I've competed in Trap and Skeet, and still shoot them every week. I also play golf almost every day that our local course is open.
I'd like to do a New Zealand hunt, a Quebec caribou hunt, and of course at least one more African hunt.

Hello my name is darrack and i am here today cuz i have a problem. its nice to know that all of you have the same disease it makles it much easier to talk about. you see when i was young i didnt have anyone to take me hunting. so i had to listen to all the stories of how much fun everyone else was having. living in el paso tx its hard to find a place to hunt if you dont have friends or family in the heart of texas, we are almost forgotten. nothing to hunt around us. too hot. but that is why i am so addicted now, i have to make up for all that lost time. i am a fireman, recently married, "my wife loves to hunt too", love to be around honest people who look at the good things in life and not the bad. and enjoy everything about this hunting game especially the scouting for elk for everyone else that gets drawn in new mexico because i cant. bad luck i guess. anyhow thanks for listening i think i am on my way this is the first step to being cured. have a great day.

Hey, my name is Tom and I'm from N.H. I own a small archery shop in the town of Cornish and spend most of my spare time either in it or doing it. (archery that is )lol. My 4 kids keep me very busy otherwise with sports and Horseback riding. I hunt every season with my bow primarily in N.H., but the last 5 years I've been going to Ohio to hunt with a good friend and outfitter. The quality and quantity of deer in Ohio is a nice break from the tough hunting here in N.H. I'm still waiting for that booner to walk by, but who isn't. I also have a sweet little beagle named belle that I rabbit hunt with.

Just a photo of me and thr Mrs...yes, she's MY Mrs. She's a gun-lover too. Her Dad had a small arsenal when he was alive, so she's not afraid of guns of any size. I have a brother in western Washington state who has 7 acres of wooded land, a freshwater stream running through it and at least one black bear living on his property. He comes into the back yard for apples. I think my brother needs to use a scent-killer 'cuz every time he sits on his shed waitin' for this black bad boy with his bow, he never comes in.
