Went one time on a do-it-yourself get-together with a bunch of other guys in Idaho. The organizer turned out to be a pothead, it rained every day but opening day, and I never even saw an elk during the entire hunt. One guy shot a spike, and 1 other bull was missed multiple times. Had to be one of my worst experiences ever. Someday I hope to make up for it and get my elk that I've been wanting for so long.
