Created over 2 years ago Since winter is winding down. And its months before we can get in the stand again for big game. Its time to walk the hunting ground for shed antlers. Too see what has survived and see what has died. How has your shed hunting been going? What tips do you have for others. Download pictures and share your find with the rest of us. Shed antler hunting is a fun way to get outdoors in later winter and early spring. Bring your kids, family, friends and see if you cant get another hooked on the sport of hunting. I cant wait too see what was left behind. |

Created over 2 years ago I found a set last fall when stalking for moose...nice palm both side within 12 feet....the span runs around 53 to 56 inches |

Created about 1 year ago Hi mscott sounds like a man after my own heart I love to shed hunt,I live in Ohio, and have missed a couple of years after a fall while filming up in Alberta on a bear hunt. The past years I would find around 30 to 40 a year ,It would give me a heads up on the bucks that made it through the season,I got out a bit this year ,it's a bit harder in a wheelchair but I found 18 anyway, I picked up a new 4x4 chair this year so next year I'll be set up for getting out there,I'm headed to Colorado tomorrow on a antelope hunt first hunt with a rifle, I normally hunt with a bow |
